I’m a strategist and service designer with a passion for helping organizations navigate complexity and design for meaningful impact. With over six years of experience working across industries—from HR technology to heavy-duty transportation—I’ve helped companies uncover deep user insights, align cross-functional teams, and build strategies that connect business goals to real-world execution.

I hold a B.S. in Product Design and am currently pursuing my MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where I focus on strategic decision-making, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
